Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EngineersBazaar, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality products as specified on our website. This policy explains the conditions applicable to returns, replacements, refunds, warranties, and order cancellations.

1. Return Conditions

Customers must report any of the following issues within 5 days of receiving the order:

• Damaged products

• Incorrect or mismatched products

• Missing items

• Manufacturing defects

• Products that are materially different from the product ordered

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by the EngineersBazaar team.

To initiate a return, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number

• Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging

• Description of the issue

• Return shipment tracking number

• Courier service details

The product must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent further damage during transportation.

2. Return & Replacement Process

Once a return request is received, our technical team will review the information provided.

If the issue is found to be valid:

• A replacement product will generally be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability.

• If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative product with the customer’s approval or issue a 100% refund for the eligible product.

• Replacement and refund decisions will be made after verification of the returned product where applicable.

Customers may be required to return the product before a replacement or refund is processed.

3. Refund Policy

If a valid return is approved and a replacement cannot be provided, EngineersBazaar will issue a 100% refund for the eligible product.

Refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after approval of the refund.

The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

EngineersBazaar reserves the right to verify every refund request before approving it.

4. Warranty

Unless otherwise specified on the individual product page, products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty or standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse or negligence

• Improper installation

• Incorrect electrical connections or polarity

• Static discharge (ESD)

• Accidents

• Physical damage

• Liquid or moisture damage

• Unauthorized repairs

• Soldering or alteration of the product

5. Return Shipping Charges

For a return that is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or damage attributable to shipping, EngineersBazaar may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.

If the returned product is found to be functioning correctly or the issue is determined to have resulted from improper use, installation, modification, or other customer-related causes, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Third-Party Hardware & Software

EngineersBazaar is not responsible for damage, malfunction, incompatibility, or performance issues resulting from integrating our products with third-party hardware, software, systems, or components that are not explicitly recommended or supported by us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchasing and using a product.

7. Incorrect Installation or Usage

EngineersBazaar shall not be responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation

• Improper handling

• Incorrect wiring

• Incorrect electrical polarity

• Operation outside recommended specifications

• Use of unsuitable power supplies or components

• Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the technical specifications and instructions provided.

8. Modifications & Customization

Any unauthorized modification, customization, soldering, alteration, repair, or physical change to a product may void the applicable warranty and return eligibility.

Products must be returned in their original condition unless the modification was specifically authorized by EngineersBazaar.

9. Technical Support

Our products may require appropriate technical knowledge for installation and operation.

EngineersBazaar provides basic product information and documentation where available. We do not guarantee extensive installation, programming, debugging, or system-integration support unless such support is specifically included with the product or service purchased.

10. End-Use Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of a product for their intended application.

EngineersBazaar shall not be responsible for personal injury, property damage, equipment damage, business interruption, or other losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or inappropriate application of a product.

11. Out-of-Stock Products

Replacement products are subject to availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, EngineersBazaar may provide an alternative product with the customer’s approval or issue an applicable refund.

EngineersBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer or supplier stock availability.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting EngineersBazaar.

Orders can be cancelled or modified only while they are in:

• Pending, or

• Payment Verification

status.

Once an order has moved to processing, packing, dispatch, or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.

13. Cancellation Charges

Depending on the payment method used, cancellation may result in deduction of payment gateway, banking, or transaction charges.

In applicable cases, a cancellation charge of up to 5.5% may be deducted from the refund amount. This may apply where payment processors or financial institutions retain transaction fees even when an order is subsequently cancelled and refunded.

The applicable charges, if any, will depend on the payment method and transaction.

14. Returns Without a Valid Reason

Due to the technical nature of electronic components, robotics products, tools, and related equipment, EngineersBazaar does not generally accept returns or cancellations simply because a customer has changed their mind or ordered an unsuitable product.

Customers are advised to carefully check:

• Product specifications

• Compatibility

• Voltage/current requirements

• Dimensions

• Interface types

• Manufacturer information

• Intended application

before placing an order.

15. Unforeseen Circumstances

EngineersBazaar shall not be responsible for delays, damages, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Acts of God

• Transportation disruptions

• Courier delays or mishandling

• Government restrictions

• Strikes

• Customs clearance issues

16. Final Decision

All return, replacement, warranty, and refund requests are subject to verification.

EngineersBazaar reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility of a return, replacement, warranty claim, or refund based on the condition of the product, supporting evidence, and applicable policy.
