At EngineersBazaar, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing, shipping methods, courier partners, and estimated delivery timelines.

1. Order Processing

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders on the same business day, subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and the applicable order cut-off time.

• Orders placed before 1:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, are generally eligible for same-day dispatch.

• Orders placed after 1:30 PM IST may be dispatched on the next business day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

• Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation.

Same-day dispatch does not necessarily mean same-day delivery.

2. Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep products listed on our website available for purchase. However, inventory can change due to orders being processed simultaneously.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include waiting for restocking, selecting an alternative product, or receiving a refund where applicable.

3. Shipping Partners

We primarily use reputed courier and logistics providers, including:

• Blue Dart

• Delhivery

The available courier service may depend on the delivery location, product, serviceability, and shipping option selected during checkout.

For certain remote locations, customers may request shipping through India Post / Speed Post or another suitable service. Such requests are subject to service availability and acceptance by the respective postal or logistics provider.

We cannot guarantee that a particular courier or shipping method will be available for every location or shipment.

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for most locations within India is approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• Delivery location

• Courier service

• Transit routes

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Transportation disruptions

• Remote-area serviceability

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

The estimated delivery time is provided for guidance and is not an absolute guarantee.

Customers are advised to place orders sufficiently in advance if the products are required by a specific date.

5. Same-Day Delivery

Where same-day delivery is specifically offered and available for the customer’s location, orders placed before the applicable cut-off time may qualify for same-day delivery.

Where available, the expected delivery window may generally be between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

• Product availability

• Successful payment confirmation

• Delivery location

• Courier/service availability

• Operational conditions

Same-day delivery may not be available on Sundays, public holidays, or in locations where the service is not supported.

6. Blue Dart Shipments

For shipments processed through Blue Dart, shipments created before approximately 2:00 PM IST are generally eligible for same-day pickup, subject to Blue Dart’s pickup schedule and service availability.

Shipments created after the applicable pickup cut-off may be collected on the next working day.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

• Damaged

• Opened

• Tampered with

• Wet or otherwise compromised

please refuse delivery where possible and contact EngineersBazaar immediately.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Order reference number

• Photographs or videos of the package

• Description of the damage or issue

We will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the respective logistics provider.

EngineersBazaar is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier operational delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking and courier-related queries.

9. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package size/weight, courier service, and shipping method selected.

10. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at the time of placing an order.

EngineersBazaar shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.
